Bass Amps
I use an Ashdown C210T for decent
gigs, and a Peavey TKO65 for rehearsals or for gigs at crappy places
where one wouldn't want to bring a decent amp.
The Ashdown was made in UK in 1999, 200 watts, 2x10" speakers, sounds
marvellous. At some gigs with other bands, it has totally smoked other
bass amps in terms of both tone and volume. It's been up against SWR,
Fender, Crate, Peavey and regardless of configuration and speaker
sizes, it has always come out shining.
The Peavey TKO65 must have been 80's. No-frills, practical and robust, it serves me well as a work horse.
